A living will or advance decision is such a kind of decision where you can record your decisions before reaching the time when you are physically unable to make your decision. Life is uncertain and death is the most certain. A living will is very specific for example If a person suffers an incurable, irreversible illness, disease, or condition and his attending physician determines that his condition is terminal, Iand the sustaining treatment would serve only to prolong his dying be discontinued, then no need continuing this treatment. With the increasing improvement of medical services, some unnecessary issues had increased that’s why advance directives were created, to stop unnecessarily prolonged and painful death to the patients and costly and emotionally burdensome to their families.
