CONRAD MARTIN (Chair)
Executive Director, Fund for Constitutional Government Washington, DC
Conrad Martin has been the Executive Director of the Fund for Constitutional Government since 1989 and Program Officer for the Stewart R. Mott Charitable Trust since 1985. He also serves as an advisor and board member for many public interest organizations including Electronic Privacy Information Center, Project on Government Oversight and the National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy.

DANIELLE BRIAN

Danielle Brian is the Executive Director of the Project on Government Oversight. Working with whistleblowers and other inside sources, Ms. Brian investigates and exposes cases of fraud, waste, and abuse of power in the military and other federal programs.

KATHERINE S. BRODERICK

Shelley Broderick has been teaching law for almost twenty years in legal ethics, legislation and criminal procedure. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Capitol Area American Civil Liberties Union, and is a founding member and co-chair of the D.C. Consortium of Legal Service Providers.

LOUIS A. CLARK

Since 1981, Louis Clark has been the President of the Government Accountability Project, a national nonprofit public interest organization that provides assistance to concerned citizens and to whistle blowers who witness dangerous, unlawful or environmentally unsound practices in their workplaces or communities. He has served on the board of Public Employees for Environmental Responsibility and the Janelia Foundation. Louis is also on the selection committee for the Cavallo Prize for moral courage in business and government.

Catherine Elias-Jermany, an innovator for over thirty-five years in the field of legal training, career and business development, served as Director of Paralegal Training and Career Development for the national Legal Services Corporation between 1974 and 1980.

SALLY GREENBERG
Executive Director, National Consumers League, Washington, DC
Sally Greenberg serves as Executive Director of the National Consumers League, the oldest consumer organization in the United States. Founded in 1899, the League's mission is to advance the economic and social interests of consumers and workers on such issues as telemarketing and internet fraud, food and drug safety, and fair labor standards. Before going to NCL, Sally Greenberg worked for a decade for Consumers Union, publisher of Consumer Reports, focusing her efforts on auto safety and product safety and civil justice reform.

GEORGE A. MILLER
Retired President of The Income Fund of America San Francisco, CA
Since retiring, George Miller has devoted himself to working on water rights and legal reform. He is committed to preserving and restoring waterways and wetlands on the west coast, and is equally dedicated to reforming the civil justice system and making it accessible to nonlawyers, in particular by improving small claims courts. George is the Director of the San Francisco Municipal Railway Association and the Pacific Rivers Council, and a member of the Environmental Defense Fund's National Council.
